Where the Heck is Matt?
what statement is Matt trying to make? What statement do those he is dancing with think he is trying to make? Why might those be different? What implications does this have on a larger global setting?

In my opinion, Matt is trying to say that everyone can come together in many ways. We are not all so different as we seem. Even if we come from different countries and backgrounds, we are all similar. Many people joined Matt in his dorky dance and each did something unique. Everyone just let go of themselves and had a good time doing what they wanted to do. That is my opinion about this interesting video.
I think that Matt's idea of just doing a dance brings a bigger theme of unity. I believe that because of all the people that dance with him, they forget about their problems for a couple seconds, and just come together and dance. There could be people with conflicts and people from different classes, but for this video part they get together and forget about all of that and just dance together. Together as humans.
i think matt video showed that even through people think that we're different we're really not,and that we can all pull together as one and be united
I think Matt is trying to make all the people around the world that even though we may live in a totally different place, with a different culture, we are all the same in a way, we are all humans and are equal. He showed that we can bring cultures together and bring happines out of it. He showed that we can all unite and still produce good things.
I think that Matt is trying to state that by just one little thing like dancing, people can forget about their differences and unite. I believe those he is dancing with think that he is just having fun and, like him, they too like to have fun. Matt and the dancers’ statements both prove the same point – that they can come together without even having to speak. Even though everyone around the world has their differences, certain things and common interests can bring people together.
I completely agree with Sravya's comment and observation that although we have different backgrounds, we all come together to enjoy the same things.
I think it was great how Brent pointed out that we all have one thing in common - we're all human, no matter what color, race, gender, or beliefs.
I think that he is trying to bring countries and the people within them together. Every country (almost) can claim that they have had Matt dance in their country, so in a way, that could bring them together. Also, the people, whether they were different or hated each other, as soon as they started dancing together, they all became friends.
You can express your inner expressions and let people be happy and forget what they were disliking about the other enimies or country
For me this video, tells me that he trys to show how their could be a freedom to express and believe in what you want, doing it. Everyone could also be a part of it only if you want to participate in it. Other countries had the opportunity to show how their culture is by doing their own type of dancing however the like it. He united them by just a simple dance and how different they are, they are still able to do anything.
In this video, I think that Matt dancing is trying to convey a theme of unity. I completely agree with what all the previous bloggers wrote before me: that dancing together united them as one. Even if they all do a different dance, vary from many different cultures, speak different languages, and have built different customs, doesn't mean they aren't all human coming together and dancing as friends. In my eyes, dancing together is a form of friendship. As they say, actions speak louder than words. Matt doesn't even need to speak to another person to be united.

My opinion on the video was that it was very effective for everyone around the world. Although some countries may be at war or having difficult issues, when it came down to Matt visiting and "dancing as if no one was looking," it really allowed everyone to forget about the issues they are facing and just be capable of having fun. I believe that Matt proved that no matter how old one is, the dark/lightness of their skin, or even the country they are from, can all come together and seek peace.
I agree with all comments left above!
No matter who we are as a person.... we can always come together and seek peace in one way or another.
I believe that Matt's idea of traveling the world, doing a dance, and attracting people is perhaps one of the smartests way to unite with others. Yes, there are sad locations in the world, but Matt was able to bring joy to those places. Matt was also able to bring culture together. For example, do you think that he knew all those people he danced with? Of course not, but when he turned on his jiggy, he was able know who they are and dance with them. It didn't matter if he was from another country, all that mattered was that Matt was able to persuade people away from their daily troubles and realize that there is good in world.
i believe that matt is telling us that by doing something that everybody knows how to do, he brought countries together. That is a great way to show us that everybody has some differences, but a lot of similarities. I think that this also shows us that money doesn't make you happy, having fun makes you happy!
In this video,I think matt is leaving a mesage in saying that it does not matter where you come from because who you are makes you unique and even though people are from differnt places in the world, they happen to be just like you.
Matt says that people around the world are different and similar to each other. THe dancing part brought a sense of unity to those people. Most people just joined matt and danced because they enjoyed it, like everyone else. he is trying to say the world is a fascinating place with people who are and arent so different.
Like music, dancing is a universal language. I think he’s trying to say that no matter where you’re from, everyone likes to have fun, and laugh, and dance. The people he dances with might think he’s just doing this for a laugh. However, I think he had a better idea: to show how similar we all are. Each person has his or her own opinion about this video, because no two people are exactly the same. The video starts out with him alone traveling the world, but turns into him with people from those very places. I think he’s trying to say that with a small amount of effort you can bring people together to work towards a greater understanding, or goal. :)

I believe that Matt is trying to prove the theme of world peace and unity. He was dancing with other native people in the movie to show that we can be friends with anyone that we like, and that it doesn't matter where they are from, or what their ethnicity is. We can work together to solve all the mutual problems that we have, becasue nobody's life is perfect.
I feel matt is trying to bring people together, and showing that there are ways to bring us together. One of those ways just happens to be dancing.

i think matt was trying to say if we get over our little differences and disagreements we can all stand together as one united planet and avoid alot of wars
