1. Canada has a constitutional monarchy that is also a parliamentary democracy and a federation. This means that they have a parliament and an elected king/queen, like England, and they also have self governing provinces.
2. Because of the still not yet passed stimulus package, Canadians do not want to reelect Prime Minister Stephen Harper. The budget implemation, if passed will cause another election, so Parliament is reluctant to pass it, but they very desperately need a new budget. The Prime Minister is angry that the opposition parties want it both ways, and can't have it that way.
3. There are two solutions to this problem. One, Parliament can pass the new budget and have a new election, or they can forget about it and keep their current Prime Minister. Neither solution is not exactly wanted by the Canadian people.
4. I honestly do not know what they should do. I think that passing the budget and having a new election would have a somewhat happier ending, but there is no way to be sure.
5. I think that there will be some sort of big struggle for both sides, and then there will definitely be no good ending.

1. Canada for its government has a constitutional monarchy that is also a parliamentary democracy and a federation. It means they have a king/queen and a parliament.
2. This article is about a girl named Alberta who was kidnapped. Police has arrested a man that is 56-year-old man because of his connection with the abduction of Alberta. Expected to lay charges of kidnapping and sexual assault. She was found by her parents at a shopping centre.
3. The Canadian nation should put tracking devices into cellphones and such so it is easier to find the missing person IF they have their cellphone on them.
4. Same thing i said up there.
5. If something is not done, criminals will keep developing tactics to kidnap and kill people in which to the point where the government cannot do a thing about it.

Canada
1) Canada is a constitutional monarchy that is also a parliamentary democracy and a federation. This means that along with a king or queen, there is also a group of people who speak for the citizens of Canada. Even though the king and queen have ultimate power, the public also has the power to oppose and disagree with any laws that they feel are not pleasant and unwanted. The Prime Minister of Canada is Stephen Harper.
2) This article states that Canada is undergoing a crisis with gangs. This article also addresses the importation of drugs in Canada. If a person brings in drugs from another foreign country, that person will go to jail. Canada hopes that this decree will restrict the use of illegal marijuana in Canada and its major cities such as Vancouver.
3) Regarding the gang related violence in Canada along with the marijuana problem, Canada has to create new laws that prohibit the use of illegal drugs and gang participation. Also the law enforcement service such as the police department must be stricter and on guard. Airports must also become more involved by checking luggage more thoroughly for illegal drugs.
4) I believe that by creating new laws that prevent the actions of gangs, Canada will become a safer environment. If peaceful negotiations do not work, Canada must be more strict with their law enforcement by using more physical contact rather than verbal. Also Canada can set up organizations that help gang members resolve their personal problems and become more peaceful and sophisticated people.
5) I believe that the problems in Canada will be resolved very soon. Canada has already started taking action toward gang violence and drug usage. If they continue passing laws that prohibit these kinds of actions, then Canada will be wiped out of gangs and illegal drugs in a few years. However I an aware that not many people will cooperate with these good notions. I predict that some outbreaks will occur in Canada in the near future because of these newly passed decrees.

1. Canada is a parliamentary democracy. It means that they have a parliament and they also have self governing provinces.
2. This article is about a man that attacked another man and polices suspected that he was eating the victim. Many relatives and family members don't believe that the accuser really did because he seemed like a very different person. He was in a bus and said that he stabbed the vitim with a knife and then started to eat him. He was pressed charges, but shows no criminal records.
3. This problem is always happening in many countries when killing and murdering is involved. The only option they can do is secure buses more safely for passenger.
4. The best solution is how they do in airports before boarding in the plane. They should check what they have in bags or make sure they don't have any type of weapon. That could secure more that this type of problem isn't still occurring.
5. I predict in the futrue if they make a good solution for this that killing rates could drop but also this happens everywhere when somthing like this occurs.

2.http://www.canada.com/Life/Yarn+bombers+target+Vancouver+streets/1342756/story.html
This article was about how some people have been knitting on the streets and putting them around the society of Canada and taking it as if it were graffiti. But they say it's a way to show their creativity and no a way to make the town look uglier. But others are saying it's a way of graffiti like some gangs would do, but these are just easier to take off.
3. This nation can just tell them to stop doing this because then certain gangs or other groups are going to think of ways to do graffiti in their cities and if the people don't agree with doing this then they should just arrest the people that are doing it.
4. Well I mentions arresting the people who are doing it, or giving them a warning to stop if the don't like what they are doing.
5. I think that the people who are doing this will understand if the city likes it or not and will stop doing this because this isn't really a big issue.

1. Canada has a constitutional monarchy and a parliamentary democracy. A constitutional monarchy means that although they have a monarch as their ruler, they are still run by a constitution. A parliamentary democracy is one where the parliament chooses the government, and also a prime minister. The legislature chooses by the strength of the party, and this gives the government a double accountability, one to the people and one to the parliament (legislature). The current prime minister of Canada is Stephen Harper, and the monarch of Canada is Queen Elizabeth the Second.
2. Canada is trying to bring back their economy by lowering their interest rate cuts for the Bank of Canada. They have been lowering their interest rate for a while, and now they are afraid that they will not be able to accomplish their goal. They are worried about their economy, because their drastic reduction in prices have not helped at all. In fact, the Canadian dollar is at a all time low, and has fallen 3 percent just by Friday. Will this dramatic change in interest rate help? Only time will tell.
3. Canada has only one choice to end this economic problem: to take small steps. They cannot expect to take drastic chances and for them to pay off right away. They have to take their time in figuring out what will be the most helpful, and if they can figure it out, their economy will rise, if not dramatically at once.
4. I think that some solutions they can come up with are to slowly increase the taxes on their citizens, but also give them tax cuts in other places, such as on food and groceries. They have to understand that change will not come immediately, but it will definitely come.
5. I am hopeful for this situation because I believe that the economy will fix itself. This has happened in history before, and people have always come through those hard times. We need to understand that this problem will only be solved through patience and small steps, but it will be solved.

Canadian Form of Government: Canada has a constitutional monarchy that is also a parliamentary democracy and federation; this means that there a king and/or queen that have limited power due to parliament, which represent their state's descision.
Article: Parliament has ordered for Canada's elite army, Joint Task Force 2, will be stationed at Vancouver for the 2010 Winter Olympics. Armymen and police force will be stationed in Vancouver to be a counter-terrorist unit. Canada have said that they will plan to spend an estimate 700 million American dollars. Police security planners believe that the danger percentage is low, but they will treat it as any other special event.
Choice/Options: I don't really think that nations will be concernced that Canada will spend 700 million dollars. I'm sure they won't argue with Canada's descion because it is always safe, rather than being sorry. It would be weird if there is a country that will oppose Canada's descision
Problem: There really isn't a problem in the article; but if there was going to be any problems in the Winter Olympics, than the 700 million dollars would prevent them.
Predictions: There won't be any problems because Canada will be spending a 700 million dollar safe investment

Canada is a constitutional monarchy that is also a parliamentary democracy and federation. This form of government is a form of constitutional government, where in either an elected or hereditary monarch is the head of state, unlike in an absolute monarchy, wherein the king or the queen is the sole source of political power, as he or she is not legally bound by the constitution.
This article is about Canada falls hard into deep, widespread recession in the final quarter of 2008. Their economy contracted by 3.4 per cent in the fourth quarter on an annualized basis. Canada has said that it will need to backtrack on its rosy scenario of second-half growth and a robust 3.8 per cent rebound in 2010. Also Canada has said that it will need to lower their supplies cost but raise up the taxes in order for the economy to grow and be stable like it was around the 1990s.
If the growth and a robust of 3.8 succeeds like its suppose to its economy wont have this falls as long as they maintain what they have done all these years.

Canada is a constitutional monarchy and a parliamentary democracy. This means that in addition to having a sole individual leading their country, they still have a constitution. The monarch is either born the ruler or elected.
This article is about a man who beheaded another man on a Greyhound bus and proceeded to eat him. The man, Vincent Li, is being tried for 2nd degree murder. doctors have said that he has a severe mental illness and say he should be sent to a hospital instead of a jail. It is most likely that the judge will follow the doctor's recommendations.
Canada has three options here:1) to put him in jail for life. 2)to put him in a mental institution. and 3) to execute him. I believe that if he is truly mentally ill then he should be out in a mental institution. I predict that the judge will put him in an institution because it isn't fair for him to be locked up because he is suffering from a disorder.

Canada has a government called Constitutional Monarchy, meaning that they have a king and queen and a parliament.
This article is about how Canada Government Invests in safety. The Canadian government is investing more than 35 million for 24 new research projects to enhance security. This will strengthen the country’s potential chemical and explosives threats. The government selected private-sector and academic recipients to reactive funding based on technology and security. These research projects are funded under the chemical, biological, and radiological-nuclear managed by defense research and development Canada, an agency of the department of national defense.
In Canada the government is taking investment from people to promote security and safety. This article doesn’t have other nation helping but it does have a bad side to it, the economy is going down and they are using money to promote security.
The best solution here is to not change the security, nothing happened before with the old security so why put in a new one. This is just bigger mess, so you can put in a new one, but try to find something that doesn’t take all of your money.
Like I said before the economy is going up and Canada is using all of their money to promote better security, when they don’t need to. In the future Canada will have a low amount of money and ask the other nations to help them out.

Canada’s GDP Posted ‘Substantial Drop’
1. Canada has a constitutional monarchy. That is where an elected or hereditary monarch is the head of state. This differentiates from an absolute monarchy, where the king or the queen is the sole source of political power, because they are not legally bound to the constitution. This is considerably similar to a parliamentary democracy where their is no difference between executive and legislative branches, but there is a clear difference between the head of government and the head of state. The head of government is the prime minister in Canada.
2. This article was about Canada’s recent drop in economic activities. Canada’s economy is struggling because of weak demand from the U.S. in their main market of oil. Without the use of marketing their natural commodities the economy will reach an all time low. Statistics have shown that only in January 129,00 jobs were lost. Those numbers are to increase over the next few months if the economy does not improve.
3. The economy is a very tender subject and the only way it will improve is over time. Of course with no one else buying Canada’s natural commodities there is very few ways for them to gain money. A drastic cut back is almost the only option left in the hopes that Canada will one day have a greater economy.
4. I believe that there is no way to solve this problem. The economy will only get better with time. But in the mean time, the government should create new jobs for the recently unemployed as to reduce the amount of welfare checks that they need to send out.
5. I predict that parliament will realize the need to create new jobs for the unemployed. With the new jobs the government can save money that they were using for welfare checks.

1) Canada is a constitutional monarchy that is also a parliamentary democracy and a
federation. Basically, this means one leader is in charge, but there is also a constitution. The single leader is either elected or born the ruler. (Canada became a self-governing dominion in 1867 while retaining tires to the British crown)
2)http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5gyIb339TfUsA1yS5N7UMrxG_cfrgD96OAMJO0
This article is about how the Mexican war is trafficking drugs into Vancouver, Canada. There is a major crackdown on drug cartels all over Vancouver, due to recent shootings and gang related violence. Canadian police say these shooting have to do with drug trafficking in Canada. Because of these violent acts, 5 people were hospitalized after street gunfights. In addition, a 32 year old man was found shot to death, being a victim of a gan-style shooting.
3)Canada has two choices, either to send police force to crackdown on these violent acts due to cocaine cartels, or do nothing about it. Canada has already chose to crackdown on these drug cartels, and have over 15,000 men on the police force for this. Because the Winter Olympics are in Vancouver in 2010, this act that Canada has chosen to come forth with is the smarter idea.
4) I personally think the best solution for this problem in Canada is the current solution in action right now. What Canada has decided is the safer and smarter way, both for the country itself, and its people. Cracking down drug cartels will help bring safety to those living in Canada, and future tourists coming to Canada for the 2010 Winter Olypmics.
5) I predict that the gang-style shootings and acts of violence will continue. As Canada chooses to act against it, the 15,000 policemen in charge of stopping these attacks will overpower the drug cartels, and possibly, the current drug cartels will leave Canada, resolving the conflict at hand.

this country is Canada and it has a parliament rule aka constitutional monarchy.
this article is about a guy who wasnt guilty of killing a guy and cannibalizing him in a Greyhound bus.
canada has no options because the killer is now in a psychiatric center. the supposedly killer might recover from this incident.
the best solution is too wait until the country resolves it by themselves.
i think the person will be released from the center and go back living a normal life.

1.Government type: constitutional monarchy that is also a parliamentary democracy and a federation
Definition: This entry gives the basic form of government. Definitions of the major governmental terms are as follows. (Note that for some countries more than one definition applies.):

2. Canada has gang relatd issuess that go up to 45% in canada. The federal government wants to stop the crime, but the criminal rate is going to to high. The crime rate is usually caused by drugs such as pot and marrijuana. Drugs are tranported from U.S.A. to Canada for money is is increasing the rate of crimes. But there are also group fueds like the Blood and the Crips. the second top crime in Canada is drive by shooting. Now canadians who are involved in incidents of gang abuse wants to have tough criminal laws to stop these crimes.
3. Canada's federal department wants to make a tougher criminal laws.
CRIME POLL
Ontario poll results on gangs and crime legislation:
Which of the following statements comes closest to your view?
- Canada has a serious gang problem and it affects the whole country 42%
- Canada's gang problem is confined to specific areas and people 53%
- Canada does not have a serious gang problem 3%
- Not sure 3%
Do you support or oppose each of these measures to deal with crime? "Strongly support" and "Moderately support" listed.
- Ensuring mandatory minimum prison sentences for serious drug-crimes, such as drive-by shootings 95%
- Making any gang-related homicide a first-degree murder charge 94%
- Loosening the evidence disclosure law to allow for a speedy prosecution of gang members 80%
- Eliminating the sentencing provision that grants offenders two days credit for every one day spent in custody awaiting trial 79%
- Allowing law enforcement officials to have wiretap access to intercept cell phone conversations and other wireless communications 64%
SOURCE: ANGUS REID STRATEGIES
4. I think that death sentence and the reduction of transporting drugs can stop this. People who kill other people for death sentence and since Canada does not agree with Death Penalty, then the criminal rate will rise. However, if there is Death punishment, then drive by shooting would reduce this crime. Finally with the stop of drugs transport, people can stop killing others because of drugs. To add one thing Canada should have more police gaurd, this can help the people to get jobs and stop crimes from happening. If there are more watchmen, then they can stop this life threatening crime.
5. I think that somehow eventually the Federal Government would do something to stop this crime because of its high rates. They need to stop the crime so that other innocent canadians do not die or suffer from gang fueds.

Summary:
In the following the issue at hand discusses of oil and gas stocks get a high boost from higher prices after U.S. jobs data, but many job losses are occurring due to the fact. In the market’s rise, the key contributors risen which Canada was included as for their natural resources, it has raised up to 7.2 percent at Canadian dollars ($43.43), and for the Suncor energy climbed 6.5 percent to Canadian Dollars of $27.90. Since many job losses have occurred, according to statistics the U.S. says that employers axed 651,000 jobs in February and the unemployment rate went up to 8.1 percent. This is has been high since 25 years. Therefore jobs are very crucial and important and since the economy is going down there must be ways to prevent job losses. As for health care, its sector dropped 1.1 percent according to the technology group. Canada’s engineering g and constructing company is reporting a 9 percent increase in quarterly profit and raise their dividends.
3. I think what these two countries are doing is noticing the problem at hand and are working quickly to overcome the issue. By Canada contributing with profits, it’s a way to start and help the energy sectors in stock. Yet it might take a while to solve the issue, by working step by step maybe there is an outcome of the issue being resolved.
4. I feel the best way to overcome job loss is to have more people contribute to the economy more. Yes gas prices and oil prices are a lot of money but if we work together and help the economy by not using so many, we can not use so much and not spend a lot. As an economy we shouldn’t let people have a job loss because if we have job losses, no money, no economy!
5. I predict that the issue at hand will hopefully be resolved, and the economy will be somewhat saved.

1. Canada is a constitutional monarchy that is also a parliamentary democracy and a federation. Canada is a dominion to Britain, but they have a political system in which the supreme power lies in a body of citizens who can elect people to represent them. Since 2005, Queen Elizabeth II has been represented by Governor General Michaelle Jean. However, the Prime Minister and head of the government is Stephan Harper.
2. This article is about the probability of losing major features of the Canadian landscape over the melting of the Artic. It is a known fact that the Artic is melting twice as fast as the rest of the world and many think that by 2013 the region of Canada covered by ice might vanish. Moreover, it mentions that Canadians "simply don't have the technologies as a civilization to deal with this level of instability that is ahead of [them]."
3. Acoording to this article, there are no solutions being discussed. I think that the only options they have is to develop to technologies they need to get through the problem and possibly get help from neighboring countries like the US or countries that are willing to help.
4. To best resolve this problem, people need to start realizing that global warming does exist and that it has a big impact on our environment. Canada needs to initiate conferences in the UN and propose treaties to help prevent the melting of ice and other effects of global warming. Moreover, they need to get help from those who are willing to give.
5. It is hard for people to accept changes especially when they are for the worse, but canada is seeing the effects and the rest of the world should to. Peole are to stubborn to realize that global warming does exist and they need to help those who are affected. Canada, i think, will unfortunately see the effects that are being predicted because someone will think that IT IS A "STAGE" THAT THE EARTH IS GOING THROUGH! and wont help Canada. In this day and time we are going through a rough stage around the world so alot won't be done.

2. Canada is having some money problems.Canada's dollar fell for a fourth consecutive week, the longest streak of losses since October. Canada's dollar is knownas the loonie, whichi fell 0.9percent in five days. The Canadian dollar weakened to $1.2876per U.S. dollar. Canada's major problem is that it derived 79percent, or $355.9-billion of its 2007 export revenue.
3. I believe that the Candaian goverment has two chioces. which are that they can either boost up thier trade in the world market or creat an job boom, which i think is uch harder.

1. Canada's government type is a constitutional democracy. This means that it is also a parlimentary democracy and federation. They use a parliment just as the US uses Congress. Queen Elizabeth II is the chief of state and the head of government is Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
2. The article basically sums up the world's need for energy and how they are obtaining it. It mainly focuses on wind power. The article states that Canada is far behind the major nations in harnessing this source of energy.
3. Even in these harsh economic times, the only way you can solve this problem is by spending money on ways to harness wind energy. Since it is a clean and renewable resource, it would be worth it in the long run.
4. The solution to this problem is to simply build devices that can harness this vast amount of energy and transfer it into public use.
5. My prediction for this topic is that Canada will focus on more important issues and leave not necessarily needed topics like this put off to the side so they can move forward.

This article talks about how the Mexican war affecting Canada. drugs are being trafficed into vancouver everyday.Due to recent shootings and gang related violence there have been major concern for this issue. Canadian police say these shooting have to do with drug trafficking in Canada. Because of these violent acts, 5 people were hospitalized after street gunfights. In addition, a 32 year old man was found shot to death, being a victim of a gan-style shooting.
3)There are two options for Canada, either to send police force in to crackdown on these violent acts, or ignore the problem. Canada has already chosen to crackdown on these drug cartels, and have over 15,000 men on the police force for this. Because the Winter Olympics are in Vancouver in 2010, this act that Canada has chosen to come forth with is probably wisest.
4) I personally think the best solution for this problem in Canada is to get police forces involved. and this is already begining to happen. What Canada has decided is the safest and smartest way to solve this drug problem, both for the country itself, and its people. Cracking down drug cartels will help bring safety to those living in Canada, and future tourists coming to Canada for the 2010 Winter Olypmics.
5) I predict that the gang-style shootings and acts of violence will continue to a certain extent but that the Canadian police will soon have it under control. As Canada chooses to act against it, the 15,000 policemen in charge of stopping these attacks will overpower the drug cartels, and possibly, and the drug cartels will eventually leave.

1. Canada is a constitutional monarchy which means that the powers and structure of the federal government are set out in the Constitution of Canada. Canada's sovereign is Queen Elizabeth II, the governer general is Michaelle Jean, and the Prime Minister is Stephen Harper.
2. On March 6th the Canadian economy became cleaner because 16 new projects that develop and demonstrate emerging clean technologies were awarded $53 million. This money award was made possible by The Board of Directors of Sustainable Development Technology Canada, Honourable Lisa Raitt, Minister of Natural Resources, and Vicky sharpe, SDTC's President and CEO. these clean technology projects offer technological solutions to the challenges Canada is facing in strengthening the economy while responding to environmental issues.
3. This was a great method in strengthining their economy because the whole nation will be motivated to make their country better after seeing the positive outcome of these new technology projects.
4. I believe that this new technology will further influence Canada and influence other nations around the world and onner or later every nation will develop greener technologies that will make our world a cleaner healthier place to live in.

1.Canada has a constitutional monarchy/ parliamentary democracy/ federation. That means they have a monarch, a parliament, and self-governing provinces.
2.In Canada bats are coming out of hibernation before there food is available causing many of them to die. Scientists suggest putting heaters into the cave to help them reserve energy, because when they wake-up in the cold it takes a lot of energy. There might an increase of disease spread if they save a lot of bats.
3.The only choices Canada has is to either: hope the bats will adapt, wait for more testing to be done, put heaters in all caves or put heaters in half of the caves.
4.I think they should put heaters in a small amount of caves and hope the bats will adapt. I’m afraid if they put heaters in all they will all get dependent on them and that won’t be good.
5.I predict they are going to put heaters in all of the caves and then have to later figure out how to stop the bats from being dependent on them.

this article talked about how many people are losing their jobs and having many family issues. Many of them are moving to a usually cold province called Saskatchewan, now a “hot spot.” By moving to this city many people will be able to find new jobs and make sure that they keep their families safe. This is also happening here in the US and many many people are affected by it everyday.
One of the peoples’ only option is to move to this city so that their families can survive.
I am not quite sure of the certain steps it takes to get jobs back, but I can imagine that it is a very hard process.

On February 28, 2009 Two Russian Jets flew over Canada but were intercepted and flagged down by Canadian fighter jets. Canada has not been the only country to suffer Russia's actions, Around the globe Russian has intruded airspace with their bombers. During the intrusion, president Obama was actually visiting Ottowa that same day. The Canadian pilots sent clear signals to the Russians and they turned around. Russian cheif of staff claims it was a planned flight for air patrol.
Canada has every right to be angry with them. They could also easily open hostilities to solve the problem. The best way to resolve this problem would probably be to talk to the Russians and ask them to please keep their bombers out of our airspace thank you very much.
I think that eventually Russia will push the Canadians too far and make them retaliate, which will ultimately lead to something bad.

Antarctica does not have a form of government, but on December First, 1959, the Antarctic Treaty Summary was signed and it tells how the land may be used. It is up to us, the rest of the world, to help slow and eventually stop global warming. Antarctica is just a piece of ice, with little to no inhabitants. It can not defend itself against our harsh chemicals that our machines put out into the air. Until the entire world realizes how badly global warming is affecting the world. 2. Three international aid workers, including a Canadian nurse, have been kidnapped in Darfur. This further jeopardizes humanitarian operations in Western Sudan. The kidnappers are demanding a ransom, but negotiations could soon lead to the release of the prisoners. The kidnappers have said that they are not interested in violence; they just want money. Sudan's foreign ministry is trying their hardest to get the victims back in good health with no harm.
3. Canada is in a tough position, because one of their citizens has been kidnapped for ransom. If they grant the kidnappers the ransom, this kind of crime will only flourish. Canada should work along with the other countries to negotiate with the kidnappers.
4. I think all of the countries involved, especially Sudan, should try to negotiate with the kidnappers to get the prisoners back with no harm as quickly as possible.
5. This issue will probably be solved quickly, because the world goes through many kidnapping situations and the kidnappers have said they do not want to cause any harm or use violence.

U.S. Military Deserters No Longer Fine Solace in Canada
1
The nation in this article is Canada. Canada has a Parliamentary democratic government. This form of government allows the people to vote officials into office but uses monarchy titles such as Prime Minister.
2
This article is about a woman who deserted from the army. She joined the army after going through hard times but she got more then she bargained for she was sent to serve in Iraq. Then when she was on leave she fled to Canada. The Canadian authorities are ordering her to leave or she will be deported. Currently Canada is home to over 15000 deserters.
3
This woman has brought the situation of deserters into the lime light. She has the sympathy and attention of peace activists if not the world. She is going to get more attention as time goes on. It would be beneficial for Canada to get rid of her along with the other deserters during these hard times. However, the media attention Canada will receive will not be good.
4 Canada should deport the deserters no matter what. They can not afford to help these people right now. However, they will receive unfavorable media attention so they should prepare for that. This is an every man for himself time so Canada should do what’s good for Canada.
5 I think that Canada will deport the deserters.

In Canada this week, a man was stabbed in the back by a colleuge after a heated argument. Witnesses say that after the argument, there was a scream, and then someone walked out of the locker were the victim was later found.
3.There is not very much that Canada can do to prevent these. There are always going to be arguments that may break into fights and even injury of a person. This is not going to be preventable.
4. I think the best solution the prevent this from happening in the future is to get others to try to intervene and stop the fight before things like this happen.
5. I think that there will continue to be stabbings over arguments just because these are completely unavoidable. There will never be and end to this.

This story is about a 19 year old man that shot a 23 month year old child with a stray bullet during a drive-by shooting. The child was shot through the liver and the bullet lodged itself in her spine. After 10 days in the hospital, the girl was thought to be all right. They gave her surgery and she healed just fine. But, the surgeons would not take the bullet out saying that she would have to "live with it." The man pleaded guilty to this case. They also found a second man to help him. He was only 15 years old at the time and was found with several weapons offenses.
3. There is not a whole lot that the Canada government can do to help this case. We always see drive-bys all the time and it is impossible to prevent these except to ban weapons but there are also laws against that.
4. Though I am against this idea, the best and most effective way to stop the killings and drive-bys is banning the possession and selling of all fire arms. I think that this law is unjust, but it will surely cut back on the injuries that may occur.
5. I think that the government will not ban the selling and owning of all fire-arms and therefore, these types of problems will go unattended to until something big happens such as someone kills the king of queen with a stray bullet. Then everyone will understand the seriousness of this problem and will consider the banning of weapons.

In the article I read, a British prime minister representing Canada met with Obama referring to our stimulus package and agreed to buy into it. It is the one and the same $1-trillion stimulus package that we all presently know about. But beside that, Obama is going a bit socialist and giving an equal amount of money to all the people, and that money will have to come from somewhere, or there will be another depression. Inflation will come about, and we, the citizens, will have to pay every penny of it, and that aint gonna be an easy task, or a short one, and the burden will also soon fall upon the next president, and the next, and so on. It is something that I wish would never have happened.

If u look in the news today, thousands, hundreds, MUCH MORE THAN 8, people are being killed, and knowing that the biggest mass killing here (since 2006) was 8 people, it showed to me what a much safer place it happened to be. If I was ever too annoyed at our own economy here, I would not go there, but if I was trying to live, I would probably feel very safe there. But I still wouldn’t live there. Hahaha

The Canadian pilots sent clear signals to the Russians and they turned around. Russian cheif of staff claims it was a planned flight for air patrol.
3. Canada has every right to be angry with them. The best way to resolve this problem would probably be to talk to the Russians and ask them to please keep their bombers out of there airspace.
I think that eventually Russia will push the Canadians too far and make them retaliate, which will lead to something bad.

“Canadian hit man pleads guilty to 27 murders, many of them involving biker gang conflicts”
Apparently in Canada, biker gangs are very common. Wars between biker gangs strike and many deaths occurred between 1994 and 2002. Gerald Gallant pleaded guilty to killing 27 people, most of who were from biker gangs. The innocent bystanders were killed by accident when the intended targets were people tied to biker gangs in some way. Gerald was already sent to jail for life from another crime but he admitted to the rest.
If biker gangs are such a danger in Canada, shouldn’t they have a law about them? Maybe if it were a law people would be saved. I don’t think it’s fair that this guy doesn’t have to stay in jail for life after killing so many people.

Canadian companies reported credit conditions and sales prospects remained close to the worst on record in the first quarter, according to loan officers and executives surveyed by the central bank.Loan officers who said credit was harder to access outnumbered those saying it was easier by 60 percentage points, according to the Bank of Canada survey. That trails only the prior result of 76 percent in records dating back to 1999.
4)Very interesting because it doesnt have solutions it just has complains.

4.the only possible solution is if canada start promoting earth friendly things so there wont be such a heat change
5.i believe that flooding will become more normal in canda or any place surrounded with ice becuase temperatures will rise and cause humans harm

it was obama's first visit to another country and it is where he met with canadian prime minister stephen harper to discuss millitary issues and economic ones. both leaders have both teamed up to work on a clean energy dialogue in order to help the fight against global warming. throughout the meeting between both leaders they both discucssed the issues they were having in ones country ( U.S.A economically etc..)
3. there is no real issue here. it is a marking point in our presidents stint since it is his "foreign trip" and it helps us recongnize that he cares about our allience with other countries
4.no solutions needed for this . only that both countries are interdependent of each other
5. i believe that both countries will still hold on to a strong allience since no country wants to lose one .
